Fundación Música y País is a non-profit organization that operates thanks to the support of donations that help fund our programs. It is tax exempt under section 1101.01 (a)2 of the Internal Revenue Code of Puerto Rico. and section 501c3 of the United States Internal Revenue Service.

It is also listed as an elegible charity listed by the Comisión Especial Conjunta de Donativos Legilativos para Impacto Comunitario, CECFL (Special Joint Commission of Legislative Funds for Community Impact).
